Technical support

Bring the link requirement, not just a part-number guess.

JHT NetFiber helps buyers and network teams clarify fiber assembly configurations before quotation, including interfaces, polarity, fiber type, construction, length and requested documentation.

What we can review

Support is centered on the information needed to turn an application into a reviewable cable configuration.

Configuration selection

Review connector interfaces, fiber count, polarity, gender, polish, jacket and cable construction.

Link and deployment inputs

Discuss equipment ports, patching architecture, pathway constraints, bend considerations and installation method.

RFQ documentation

Clarify drawings, labeling, test-record expectations, packaging and other project deliverables before quotation.

Information to include in an RFQ

Providing these inputs reduces assumptions and helps the configuration review move faster.

  1. Application and equipment interface
  2. Connector type, polish, gender and keying
  3. Fiber type and fiber count
  4. Required polarity or channel mapping
  5. Cable construction, jacket and installation environment
  6. Length, quantity, labeling and packaging
  7. Insertion-loss or other acceptance requirements
  8. Drawing, test-record and delivery requirements

Need troubleshooting help?

Include the installed topology, product identification, observed symptom, test method, measured results, photos and any change made before the issue appeared. Do not disconnect or clean live optical interfaces without following the applicable equipment and safety procedures.
